ADHD brains are neurodivergent since it doesn't switch between the task-positive network (TPN) and the [[Default Mode Network]] [^1] like normal brains do. Instead, it pursues things that stimulate or interest them to get into [[Flow State]]. Interest is valued more than importance, which hinders [[Prioritization]]
