[[Understanding]] things by using two main parts as building blocks:
- Concepts (nouns)
- Relationships (verbs)
To learn more, you can watch [[Zsolt]]'s video on it [here](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Zg_DUj68VkY)
## How
Can technically be achieved through regular notes, but it is best done through [[Visual PKM]] since it gives you a chance for relational arrows beyond text
Can also be done with [[Zettelkasten]]
- i am trying to say that the externalization of these relationships with links and conceptual notes in a zettelkasten system symbolize the concept of "retention" and "retrieval" since that is what links aid with and are based on. i think it might be difficult to discuss from similar perspectives to unless we both have an understanding on both the zettelkasten method and the ecological approach (and for me to better understand justin's defintion of a mind map beyond just relating things in a non-linear space) to understand enmesh and embodied you can look into 4E cognitive science it's not me saying it's aidan and yes not remembering in an environment occurs, it is just advocating for the environments significance in learning. there is still the agent part. and yeah its just exploration of ideas not a research paper the backbone theory is the ecological approach which was mostly explained in danny's video and the textbook. we are already both familiar so in the message so it would be redundant to re-mention it. instead he added nuance and connection to other ideas for further exploration. i'm sure if he were to write about it he would add the context or scientific relevance.
