## Stages
**Stage 1**: Unaware. People won’t buy from you here. They don’t know who you are or what you sell. They don’t know they have a problem and that there is a solution for it.
**Stage 2**: Pain aware. They understand they have a problem but aren’t aware of a solution.
**Stage 3**: Solution aware. They know they have a problem and that there is a solution but they do not know about *your solution*.
**Stage 4**: Product aware. They know about your product but just haven’t bought it yet.
**Stage 5**: Most aware. People know you and your brand, they trust you. All it takes is a bit of scarcity to push them over the edge (discount or limited time offer).
