## Where am I? π΅βπ«
Greetings, fellow voyager from the [[Digital Universe]]!
You're currently in my [[Digital Galaxy]], my personal sanctuary of ideas and creations where I freely share my 2600+ notes related to
- [[Learning in public|what I'm learning]] π§
- [[My Processed Inputs With 1+ Link|resources i learn from]] π
- [[My Resources|my notes]] π‘
- [[Building in public|what I'm doing]] β
- [[What I am up to now|long-term goals]] π―
- [[My Active Projects|weekly projects]] π§
- [[My Outputs|content]] π’
But wait! You might be wondering,
*why do you have so many notes?*
*why are you sharing all of them?*
I do this to explore the idea of [[Digital Self-Actualization]], which is *the life-long journey towards realizing our meaningful potential through the synthesis of digital tools, life management systems, and humanistic philosophies* π
This is the mission behind [[My Personal Brand]].
By sharing my notes, creations, and experiences online, I can invite others who find themselves in a similar journey of personal growth as me to follow along, because [[Self-improvement does not have to be lonely]].
But wait a secondβ¦

## FAQ
### How do I explore?
Just like what you might see in Wikipedia, notes in [[My Digital Galaxy]] are organized by bi-directional links instead of by time or alphabetical order (but I do have some tables to do special sorting π
)
This means that you explore these notes by using your curiosity as your north star! π
Instead of traditional schooling where it is a linear path or algorithms where it is externally controlled, *you get to choose your own personally meaningful journey*.
Hop between links [[Making connections between notes|like this one]] or by visiting notes with a lot of them likeΒ [[My Maps of Content (MOCs)]]. You can see the contents of linked notes by clicking on them or by hovering over them.
Keep in mind, you can also navigate using the outline (bottom right on desktop), the folder structure on the left, and the graph view on the right (if you're on PC!).
### How do I make my own?
I edit this using [[Obsidian]], the [[Note-taking]] software that I use for [[My Digital Galaxy]].
You can start using the app by downloading my free templates and taking my 4-day email course [here](https://free.johnmavrick.com/obsidian-templates).
Right now I'm using [[Obsidian Publish]]βif you want, you can also learn how to [[Create your own digital garden with Obsidian Publish]].
As for the structure, this is based off of [[Ultimate Starter Vault]], forged by the culmination of all of my learnings in [[Personal Knowledge Management]], [[Life Design]], [[Productivity]] and all my other interests related to [[Self-Actualization]] π
To see the gradual progression of this journey that started during my senior year in high school, you can visit [[My YouTube Channel]].
### I'm interested in your notes and what you're doing, but I don't want to have to manually revisit youβ¦
You can head to [[My Outputs]] to see the places you can keep up to date with what I'm up to :)
But most important things will be mentioned in [[My Weekly Wonderings Newsletter]].
If you do want to pick away at my brain though, hopefully the below can help make it easier π
## Launching points π
