### Unbouncing
[How to improve deliverability by excluding cold subscribers](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=K43_AOZVn00&ab_channel=ConvertKitCreatorEducation)
Create a dynamic segment (or whatever your ESP calls it) of soft bounces where the bounceMessage contains the phrase "spam" (use a regex match if you can to catch upper and lowercase versions).
Make this list dynamic so that it continues to collect people as emails to them bounce for spam reasons and exclude them from all sends for the foreseeable future.
Then, quarantine this list until your soft bounces for spam reason ticks down to virtually zero. Then, you can either try to re-engage these folks with a warm-up sequence later, or simply unsubscribe them if you don't think they'll be able to be re-engaged).
Most ESPs add subscribers to a suppression or unsub list after 3 soft bounces. So anyone attempting your idea should consider their attempt limit and understand exactly how their ESP categorizes a multiple soft bounce before finalizing their strategy.
