- Am I avoiding negative emotions or inefficiency due to my desire for achievement and growth?

- For this case, instant release or irregular use can accomodate for it, but then how do you know the difference between this and depression

- Mind is quiet
- What is the difference between this and just [[Tranquility]]
- At the same time, it also helps you see things more logically, and not live life purely controlled by emotions
