Another trick that yuo can try is to use the new pendulum physics feature to fix this. Go to your iFacialMocap/MediaPipe receiver, add a new entry to the Pendulum Physics Settings list and set Inputs to be your blink blendshape (eyeBlinkLeft/eyeBlinkRight), remove all entries in the Arms list, set Affected Bones to your head, rotated on the X axis. You may need to adjust the intensity values but this would effectively cancel out your head rotation when you blink.
