- Helps enjoy how they are
## Downfalls
- Over-demanding through perfectionism
- Putting too much responsibility for making change
- I've personally slowly grown out of it though. During high school I was always eager to make lasting change in the world that would precede myself, but now I also value social impact of depth (my closer connections) compared to breadth
- Isolation due to a lack of self-respect
- Resort to over-helping people, overestimating their intuitive empathy
- Leads to ingenuine help that can be draining
## Cultivation
- Higher-level missions
- Reframe unrealistic expectations for themselves
- Using failure to learn and change
- Understand that failure is okay
