Two layers: - Macro - Smaller goals and projects - One-time - Planned objectives - But eventually, you would want to find a way to work towards these macro plans through micro efforts - Micro - Habits, consistent efforts - Macro can be turned into micro ## Macro The goal is to keep breaking it down until we can work towards these macro goals through micro goals. If it is a yearly goal, we can break it down into quarterly [[Goals]]. If it is a quarterly goal, we can break it down into goals (monthly timeframe) by repeating [[My goal setting workflow]] and projects (weekly timeframe) by following [[My project workflow]] If it is a monthly goal, we can just break it down into projects by following [[My project workflow]] [[Set goals based on the desired process instead of outcome]]. ## Micro Once things are broken down into projects, we can create achievable [[Tasks]] and [[Habits]] that are then included in [[Time blocks]]
