#### Agenda Items
- Before a meeting, you can slowly build up the questions or talking points you want to have during

- Any significant information that might need to be remembered
- Follow the principle in [[Actionable Review Callout]], of turning actionable insights from your weekly review into tasks
#### Action Items
- Have a query to display any action items in the vault
- Can also have a link here to new projects or notes that are created as a result of the meeting

By default meetings should be set to this.
Once you are finished the meeting and taking notes, change status to [[#Processing Notes]]
##### Processing Notes
For when the meeting has finished and the notes are ready to be processed into [[#Action Items]] and new notes

Once you have extracted everything, you can move it to completed.
