We don't need lavish parties or to wait for extreme accomplishments - through [[Mindfulness]], we can find just as much meaning in simpler experiences.
Only one or two highlights (or what Maslow would call peak experiences), are required - not everything has to be insane in the membrane.
In fact, some of these moments are just
Through [[Storytelling]] we can amplify these moments to add meaning for ourselves and the people who we share it with.
An example from [[📚 Storyworthy]] was when he was packing his lunch for daughter. It isn't fully relatable, but aspects of it are, and that's what hits:
- people know hunger, people know about scarcity
- people know about valuing children more than yourself
