if we look at this from the perspective of our inner parts in [[Daimonion]] or [[Internal Family Systems (IFS)]], then it supports the idea of having various selves, and part of [[Participatory knowing]] is also knowing not just when to adopt a certain part, but to also adopt a mind wandering approach to have them communicate with each other?
[[Bottom-Up Thinking]] facilitates this connectedness between parts:

- this is why it's CRUCIAL to have a reflection process when you want to live a complex, [[Self-Actualization]], high-performing, balanced life. otherwise, you can fall to [[Hyperfixation]], you don't have a way to integrate your efforts into one cohesive [[Self]] that you want to aspire towards. wow.
This is why [[Periodic reviews]] and [[Reflection]] in general is so critical, if you were to only do and do and work and work you would lose the chance to re-evaluate to adapt and iterate. You give space for these different selves to discuss with each other and share space to best discover an ideal future.
But could it be possible to do mutual modelling beyond living organisms?
