Describe the tangible outcomes of achieving your goal.
These are the facts that will confirm your success.
Feelings: How will you (and/or others around you) feel when
you've accomplished the goal? Consider the emotional
impact of reaching your goal. How will it make you feel? How
will it affect those around you?
Function: What function does this goal unlock? Think about
why this goal matters to you. What new opportunities or
benefits will it provide? Understanding the purpose behind
your goal will keep you motivated

goal? Identify the key actions or milestones that will lead you to your

you accountable. Regular check-ins with them
can help you stay on course.
Adaptation: How will you adapt if things don't
go according to plan? Have a strategy for
adapting to unexpected changes or setbacks.
Flexibility is key to maintaining progress.
