- Supplements will NEVER replace natural micros simply due to bioavailability (thats just how your stomach works). However i am on 70% soylent right now, the balance 30% is a split of veggies and fruits.

## Highlights
1. You can’t technically do a 100% as you need some other form of fiber. Do not go for synthetic fiber sources cause that wont give you the essential vitamins and minerals required for sustenance. Fruits would be your best friends - specifically Apples and Berries.
2. I believe everyone should try it atleast once because this was the phase where i kicked out most of my bad habits. No more sugar cravings ! No more crippling uber eats addiction ! Everything gone !
3. You wanna grab a huge water bottle the 4 litre size and ensure you finish it every day. You might be tricked into thinking its a replacement for water, ITS NOT. Please hydrate
4. Your jaw is going to feel weird AF thats perfectly normal cause you’ve probably not used them for hours, gum helps
5. I thought meat cravings were real until i realised it was caused by a sodium deficiency in my diet (I read through a lot of reddit posts). I just added the minimum required salt to my diet and was able to go along normally.

Heres some benefits of going for a high soylent diet though -
1. Mental Clarity - oh my lord they weren’t lying when they said a plant based diet opens up doors to consciousness.
2. I can finally meditate clearly for hours - it makes a difference ! Try it.
3. A good Conscience - i feel better knowing i don’t harm any animals and that makes me feel good.
4. No more acne - good bye oily skin goodbye whiteheads.
5. Eating on time - i can finally Follow intermittent fasting. I would never eat on time but i can do that now.
I know people might think well these benefits are meh, but i was diagnosed with ADHD and went through the entire “therapist suggested” 7 year psychiatry hippy trail that starts from modafinil to vyvanase and every other cross diagnosis of mental health disease known to mankind. I’m not saying soylent cured me of all my symptoms it did put me on a path to the permanent cure. Is there research to prove it ? Fuck no i didn’t find any research papers to support any hypothesis. Do i feel better than i have ever did ? FUCK YES I FEEL AWESOME
