If your process feels incomplete or stale, it's time to revitalize your approach! %% No matter how lost or uninspired I may feel during the day-to-day happenings of my life, I can always find solace in my Sunday weekly reviews to revitalize me. My weekly reviews are an indispensable ritual for mindfully reminiscing about the past, fostering meaningful insights from my experiences, and working toward my long-term aspirations with clarity and purpose. But after two years of experimentation, I've finally been able to bring it to life and share it with you as part of creating [[My Alignment Philosophy]] 🥳 To give an overview, my weekly review is comprised of three phases: **Recap:** Once we wrap up the past week, we see the culmination of our efforts from our day-to-day journalling and progress from a higher-order perspective instead of while in the weeds. **Reflection:** During reflection, we discover insights from this high-level view for deeper understanding and growth. By highlighting and preserving what was important from the week, we can prepare ourselves for when we do our monthly reviews or plan for the next week ahead. **Plan:** The planning phase is when we turn these insights into action for the next week. We continue making progress in our higher-order goals by clarifying intentions on what projects we will focus on. If you want inspiration for your own weekly reviews, you can check out [[My weekly review workflow]] note in my published notes for a 1400-word comprehensive deep dive into my process. By seeing it inside my published notes, you can see how it connects to all the other notes like [[My Alignment Philosophy]] or [[Ultimate Starter Vault|my second brain]]. As an EXTRA bonus, I've recorded my 5th weekly review of 2024 to fully showcase it 🤩 Below is the raw 35-minute video following my weekly review process from start to finish: https://youtu.be/VqlzlnLLD0g If you have any suggestions or comments, please feel free to reply with your thoughts :) P.S. I've been a bit busy right now with things like [[Getting diagnosed with ADHD|navigating a new mental diagnosis]] by focusing on my wellbeing and learning more about it, which then lead to [[I quit my job to go full time content creation|quitting my job]] and dealing with the uncertainty and lifestyle shift that comes with that, which then led to preparing to buy a home/move back with my parents, which then lead to regressing back from my intentional self. I need a bit to consistently get back in my creative pursuits like writing this newsletter and making videos, but nonetheless I'm excited for some future announcements and plans 😎 ## Potential Outputs %% What can I use these notes for? %% ### Titles My weekly review process in Obsidian How I ACTUALLY do my weekly review in Obsidian My Obsidian Weekly Review Workflow To Reflect And Plan An anchor amidst challenging times My Comprehensive Weekly Review Process - With a real example
