## Brainstorming
### Topic
%%What is the big idea you're thinking about? Why are you writing this? %%
### References
%%Are there any existing notes, resources, or experiences that come to mind related to the topic? For each thing, why is it related and how can it be helpful? %%
### Brain Dump
%%
Write out any other thoughts that come to mind, then create a cognitive scaffolding that combines your references and brain dump.
Break it down into branches and sub-ideas for further elaboration %%
ever since i quit my full-time job i've chosen to take a break from the highly rigid and disciplined life path, and have been taking the time to be more spontaneous and leisurely in my days by reconnecting with friends and family. but after just coming back from the second brain summit a few days ago, i realized i have a lot of priorities now that i want to balance, which requires me to be more intentional with my time. i think my core has always been 2 hours of work then 30-60 minute breaks, and work hours are prioritized just based on what's most urgent. i've been using morgen recently to plan all this as i briefly mentioned in my video, but my goal is to do at least 6 hours of deep work before being okay with more unstructured time to make time for friends, unexpected events, leisure, etc. even though I'm a "full-time creator" i do not have the energy and motivation to create for 4+ hours a day, so that's usually my limit for creative work
