We commit these actions of self-harm (eating bad food, ruining our environment which is our only home, procrastination, etc) that are objectively bad for us on a consistent basis. But why is that, and what can we do to combat it? Most of these poor habits are from letting our emotions and irrational impulses dictate our actions.
