## Logs
### 2025-02-16
Yeah, so I spent more time than expected on the Google Sheets Year at a Glance review. I had to learn how to use the linear calendar in Miro, and I'm a bit rusty with script writing. I think it's a good exercise, though. It brings me back to my previous reflective experimental videos, which I'm very appreciative of. I just hope I have enough time to work on everything else upcoming.

## Outline
### Intro
**Hook**
This is Ali Abdaal, the most famous productivity YouTuber.
After watching countless videos and reading his book on productivity, I'll be testing his systems and advice for seven days.
%%For the next 7 days, I'll be following the trident system from one of his most popular time management video. %%
To see if it actually works, I'll be tracking every minute of my day to compare my productivity before and after following his system. How well am I able to follow it? Do I feel good, or do I feel like a robot in a factory mindlessly completing tasks?
Before I start the challenge, we need to understand and set up his system for ourselves:
- In his most famous time management video, he explains what he calls, the trident system
- [[My Outputs/My Brainstorms/I tried Ali Abdaal's Time Management System for a Week#Setup]]
- Now that I'm prepared, it's time for me to officially start the 7 days on Monday
So, it's time to set up the system.
