![[USV Workflow Callout]] ## Before - [ ] Visit `My Vision Board` to remember your future vision and goals - [ ] Visit `My Goals` note and update the status of the projects you want to work on this week from `Backlog 🟄` to `In Progress 🟨` - [ ] Create any new goals ## Creating goals Fill out [[Goals#Metadata]], set status to 🟨 ## Planning ### Objective Fill out the input boxes with their respective fields based on the prompts in the text boxes. The content you write inside the input area will be synced with the note's [[Metadata]], which will then be shown as reminders. When we view our weekly review or our daily morning routine, we can now look at [[My Vision Board]] to see these fields, which should encourage and remind us of our long-term goals. `Description` defines the scope of this goal to develop constraints for what we are trying to achieve. Writing `Why` is helpful since [[Sometimes a general direction is more effective than planning]]. The `Feelings` field helps us with the emotional connection from [[Mental contrasting]].ii ### Key Results This helps you track your progress to see if you are on track. Ideally they should be controllable metrics you can make towards the goal (the % of tasks you have completed, number of words written a day, etc.). Once you have the key results figured out, you can add the habits or metrics you want to track in this header via [[My tracking workflows]]. To track statistics, see [[My statistic tracking workflow]]. ## Related See [[Making progress towards higher-order goals]] ## Notes Are there any previous goals you can gain inspiration from?
