> [!info] For managing projects > This is for managing projects on a weekly basis, not creating and planning them (which you can find in [[My project workflow]] - [ ] Visit `My Vision Board` to remember your future vision and goals - [ ] Visit `My Projects` note and update the status of the projects you want to work on this week from `Backlog 🟥` or `Upcoming 🟧` to `In Progress 🟨` - [ ] Create any new projects and update the related metadata - [ ] For each project you want to work on this week, go to the project's `## Weekly Progress` header and click the button to create a new plan and reflection header for the current week - For example, you’re doing your 2023-W34 weekly reflection and want to plan something for the week ahead, fill in the “Week number” as `35` - Alternatively, if you’re in the middle of 2023-W34 and want to start a project before your next weekly review, you can fill it in as `34`. - To make sure it works, you should be able to see the project if you go to the `# Plan > # Projects` section of the weekly note - After, it should look like this with the week you chose: - w![](https://i.imgur.com/gdHXzub.png) - In this example, the content inside the plan and reflection inputs will be turned into `P-W34` and `R-34` metadata fields which you will then be able to see as part of [[Weekly Reviews#Projects]] - So to continue planning, you can write your key objective in the input inside the new `Wxx Plan` header to specify what you want to focus on this week (see [[Obsidian Meta Bind Plugin#Text Input]]) - [ ] Brainstorm the tasks/steps needed to achieve that plan under the `Tasks` header of the project or your task management app - [ ] Once you're done brainstorming, follow a method to spread these tasks out for the week ahead (ex.
