All periodic reviews have three main phases: - Recap, reviewing the past periodic review and the smaller timeframes that happened during that period (ex. revisiting daily notes in my weekly review) - Reflection, gives myself time to discover insights and better understand how it went by answering prompts - Plan, using my reflection to inform my future direction and focus for the upcoming period For a real personal example of these three different phases, you can see the video I mention in [[My weekly review workflow]]. There are some minor differences in the templates for the different timeframes but it is a good primer. Right now in my [[My Periodic Reviews]] system, I have the following workflow: [[Yearly reviews]] [[Quarterly reviews]] [[Monthly reviews]] #### [[My Weekly Notes]] - For an in-depth breakdown based on the USV, see [[My weekly review workflow]] - Review my last week's daily journals to recap and gauge my progress - Rate my satisfaction on [[Wheel of life]] - Create weekly projects based on monthly goals - Can see current ones at [[My Projects]] #### [[My Daily Notes]] - For an in-depth breakdown based on the USV, see [[My daily note workflow]] - Quickly remind myself of my higher-order goals via [[My Vision Board]] ## How This is done through [[My Alignment Philosophy]]
