The default Tasks Plugin system in the vault will let you store and display your tasks across files, but with something like Todoist where there is only one-way sync, you would need to keep your tasks in that app. If you're using a non-compatible app, you can just create the views below using the organizational methods in your app. But for the most part, I organize by actionability then manage tasks via [[Getting Things Done Task Process]] ## How Maintained through [[My weekly review workflow#Getting Things Done]] ### Stored #### Tasks Plugin See [[Tasks Plugin#Views]] You wouldn't actually create a new note per task, as they are created using markdown checkboxes like ``` - [ ] task ``` #### Other Would be stored in the task app itself like [[Todoist]] (see video), stored based on projects and areas like shown in the video ### Views #### Tasks Plugin Can see in [[Tasks Plugin#Views]] #### Todoist Copy and paste the queries in [[Todoist Sync Plugin#Examples]] in the areas mentioned (can watch my [[Todoist]] video for reference) #### Other Just view your tasks in the task app 😅 You can just model it off of the similar views as either previous app: - Inbox - Today - Upcoming for the week - By [[Projects]] - By [[Areas]] - Someday/Maybe
