Types of calendars are differentiable based on how important it is for you to follow through on the task.
## Non-negotiable events
Things that you cannot move and are mandatory to be done on that specified time
- Full-day reminders like holidays
- Meetings for work or catching up
- Social events
## [[The Ideal Week]]
## [[Time blocks]]
## When each one is modified
- Non-negotiable events are randomly added to your calendar as they are brought up
- Ideal week is reviewed and updated during your weekly reviews
- Instead of actual set times (ex. 5:00 I do this), I try to be less rigid by only enforcing the amount of time I will spend in a day (ex. 2 hours of writing)
- If you want to reduce decision fatigue and stay disciplined, you can plan the day before
- When you wake up you should be ready to start executing on the day's tasks and make any last-second modifications if needed
